Return and Refund policy
RETURN POLICY:
- Agion Laboratories Pvt. Ltd assures its users and customers of safe, secure, and accurate delivery of the products they order through our online platform, subject to our terms of service:
- As per the” Agion Laboratories Pvt. Ltd "policy, all the products which includes the products which are or will be available under the brand name “tell tails” will be sold and delivered under the “no-return policy." Customers can cancel or modify the order placed through our online platform within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is placed and shipped, it will not be cancelled or modified.
- Agion Lab, will consider the request from its customers or users for the return of the products that we will deliver through our online platform if the same is lodged immediately by citing the reason for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. We will evaluate the issue and accept returns subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria, which are standardly followed by all the companies in India, i.e., the products for which a return is sought must be in the same condition in which they have been delivered: unworn or unused, along with tags, and with their original packaging.
- For initiating the return process, our users or customers need to contact us at www.info@kelyn.in OR to our customer care contact No 9910401145 by providing the genuine reason for the return.
- After receiving the return request from our customer, our backend team will verify the return request, and once the request for return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where the said product will be sent.
- Without initiating the return request through the proper channel described in Clause 4 above, if any of the customers or users send back any of the products to our contact address, the same shall not be considered a return as per our policy, and we will not be bound to replace or refund the amount against that product.
REFUND POLICY:
Agion Lab, will initiate a refund upon receiving and inspecting the refund goods as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the return policy of the company, and the same may be completed within the next 7–10 business days. We will refund the amount to our customer’s bank account. If the customer has used the COD option at the time of delivery, then we shall also refund the said amount in the bank account of the customer by providing the bank details by the customer or user if they have not already been provided to us.
